About Penny Ann

Penny-FB-1Hello there!

Welcome! So glad you stopped by!

I am beginning a new chapter in my life. It’s actually one of several chapters already written. Each chapter belongs in my imaginary Life Book called, Penny Learns to Care.  As I look back over my sixty-five years, I see a pattern of learning, growing and teaching.  I can write this new chapter now only because of the sixty-five years I spent learning, growing and teaching.

I am reviving a program I helped create many years ago. A  program to bring aid to grieving children, teens and adults within a community of caring people in their own home towns. Untended grief brings anger, depression, hostility and despair. It causes people to hurt other people unless they learn how to cope with it and then grow from it. This program is called Grief Relief Refuge. It’s designed to tell the truth about grieving enveloped in a refuge of acceptance. I  wrote a program using ideas from my many years of caring for others. I have also written forty articles about my life all intended to help others, ten of which address death and dying. I listed the ten at the bottom of this page.

As you can see in the upper right hand corner, there is a button that says Ezine Articles. Please feel free to peruse the articles I’ve written. You will see a variety of topics. I’d love to hear your opinion on any or all of the articles. At the bottom of this page you will see a form to fill out and send to me. I hope you do.

Keep looking up, it’s going to be a glorious day!
